We took Kimberly to see the doctor on Sunday and he said that she had acrocyanois. Basically he said that her capillaries are still so small and immature and they were constricting in such a way that there was not enough oxygen getting to her extremities. He said that there wasn't anything they could do about it and it wasn't something to worry about. He said that it was probably an isolated incident and that it is very unlikely that it will happen again. He did say that while this is not necessarily common in babies, its not unheard of, so not to panic.
On another note, we take Kimberly in for a follow-up kidney ultrasound tomorrow morning. Hopefully this will show no more excessive fluid on her kidneys and we can stop giving her the medicine.

AND......for your viewing pleasure a couple of pictures. I still haven't had time to sort through our vacation pictures, so I'll try to do that in a couple of days. For now I have a picture of the girls in their wagon for the very first time and one of them laying with Daddy on our picnic yesterday. It was such a gorgeous day outside and the girls LOVED watching the birds and just being outdoors. It looks like we're in for a fun filled summer! :) :)
